THE PATIENTS' SURVEY 2024
The PPG Patient Survey runs for four weeks from May to June each year. The Survey is designed by members of the Patient Participation Core Group (PPG), and thanks are extended to Cassie Robinson from Sunbury Health Centre (SHC) for setting up and running the Survey on our behalf.
Thanks are also extended to everyone who takes the time to share their views and experiences of being part of the patient population of Sunbury Health Centre.
