COMPLIMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS
The Health Centre aspires to deliver the highest possible standard of health care to its patients and to be a central part of the local community.
Everyone at the Health Centre strives to provide the best service they can. The Health Centre is delighted when patients tell it about the high level of care and treatment they or their family has received and any compliments will be shared with the staff.
However, it is recognised that sometimes the Health Centre may fall below the high standards patients expect of it. It, therefore, looks to the patients to provide feedback about the quality of the services, as without this it cannot look to improve upon them.
If you are satisfied with a service that you have received from the Health Centre, or if you think that any of the Doctors, Nurses, or any of the staff working in this Health Centre deserve a special mention, please let the Practice know.

Comments and Suggestions
If you have any comments or suggestions regarding the service you receive, please let the Health Centre know. You may advise a Receptionist who will forward your comment to the appropriate person, or by writing to the patient's Suggestion Box - in the Waiting Room - or by writing to our Practice Manager.
The Health Centre will review your comments and suggestions with the appropriate staff and discuss any resulting learning points or action required to improve the service.
The Health Centre will take into consideration the appropriateness and practicalities of your suggestion and, if it is both feasible and financially viable, it will look to make changes to the facilities for the benefit of the patients.
To send in your suggestions, compliments and comments, please either write to the Health Centre - as suggested above - or ask to speak to the Practice Manager, who will be pleased to make a note of your comments and pass on any details that may be appropriate.
