The North West Surrey Health and Care Alliance is a formal partnership of organisations working across health, local government, the voluntary sector and private sector coming together under a formal partnership to use their collective resources, expertise and staff assets to address the wider determinants of health for the ultimate benefit of local people.

The findings of the survey will enable the Alliance and Spelthorne Borough Council to understand what is important to Spelthorne residents which will help in future planning of services.
The Alliance wants to hear people’s views on health, such as if they use the internet to access non-emergency healthcare services, information, or advice.
