• Read the page and follow instructions
• To order the Rapid Lateral Flow Test, click on START NOW ...

STEP 3           

• Answer the question
• Click CONTINUE ...

STEP 4           
This page requests that you CREATE AN ACCOUNT. 

• Creating an account is quicker because your details are saved for next time
• Click on CREATE ACCOUNT ...

STEP 5           

• Enter your Email address
• Click on CONTINUE ...

STEP 6           

• Create / enter a Password
• Click on CONTINUE ...

STEP 7           
You will be asked if you work for the NHS in England and take part in the Staff Testing Programme.        

• Answer the question, and click CONTINUE ...

STEP 8           
You will be shown your details. 

• Check that your details are correct​ 
• Click SAVE AND CONTINUE ...

STEP 9           
You will be asked for your delivery details, so that the Test Kits can be sent to your home.

• Enter delivery details
• Click CONTINUE ...              

STEP 10         
You will be asked for your home address - so enter your Postcode

• Click FIND ADDRESS ...

STEP 11         
You will then be asked to select one of two answers re. the address you entered.  

• Click CONTINUE ...

STEP 12         
You will be asked to sign a Disclaimer
​Click PLACE ORDER ...

• The order is then CONFIRMED.
• ​The Lateral Flow Test should arrive within 2 days of the order.
• You will also receive an email confirmation of the order, including an Order Reference.
